3 rows of 4 cells in the front part, 4 cells in the more narrow back part of the battery compartment in the E-Max 90S. Below the integrated charger is only a ventilator.

The lead acid batteries had been removed. The 16 lithium cells need so much less space, that there was no problem to built in the charger.
