Renewable range

What makes a Loremo per squaremeter biomass field? What would a possible electric or hybrid Lormeo make per squaremeter photovoltaic?

The state of technology for liquefaction of biomass is 0,4 litre diesel similar fuel per squaremeter and year. A Loremo LS could drive with this 26 kms. 562 squaremeter agricultural area are necessary for 15.000kms per year.

New photovoltaic - 120 kWh per m² and year (Germany)

We assume for an imagineable electric version 6 kWh/100km. One squaremeter modern photovoltaic would charge an electric Loremo for 2000 km per year. Only 7.5 aquaremeter for 15.000kms per year>

  Public traffic outperformed

In 2002, the ÖBB (Austrian railways) used in average 11,5 kWh electric power to move one passenger over 100km. Environmentalists are explaining us since decades how good public traffic and how bad individual traffic is.

But bus and trains made no big progress since decades. Modern busses are scarcely more economical than 1956. The VW bug used easily more than 10 litres gasoline. The Loremo LS will use 1,5 litre Diesel, a possible future electric version 6 kWh electric power.
