Up to 40 km/h electrically, faster with the internal combustion engine. However, who would start the noisy engine, after he had enjoyed the almost silent gliding?

Scooters free of driving licence are limited to 45 km/h. The performance with 3 kWh lithium battery already offers 100 kms of reach.

This version makes only sense if the loading of the batteries is not regularly possible, or for the unusually wide distances for which a scooter is actually not ideal.
